Fall/Spring and Summer Sessions
- The internship is fully remote and can be performed anywhere in the United States
- All internships are paid
- The Fall/Spring session has a 21 hour work week schedule and is divided into two segments. Each segment is 10 weeks
- The Summer session has a 28 hour work week schedule and is 10 weeks

Human Resources Interviews
The interview with a recruiter will occur via video or over the phone. You will discuss your interests, experience, and next steps. This is the time to ask any questions you may have about the publishing industry, internship program, and/or Penguin Random House.
If you advance, you will be contacted to schedule a Supervisor interview.
Supervisor Interviews
In these virtual interviews you will be asked about your experience and skills. Ask any questions you may have about the specific position during this stage.
If you are selected, an offer will be extended to you.
Offers Extended
A member of the Human Resources team will reach out to extend an offer to join the program. After you accept, you will receive an offer letter, new hire paperwork, and details about your first day.
